The overall development objective of the first individual operation is to increase efficiency in the provision of public sector services. This will be achieved through the following specific development objectives: (i) reduce gaps in the adoption of digital government services by agencies and the general public; (ii) improve the capacity to detect threats and respond to incidents in the cyberspace; and (iii) reduce the gap in the adoption of digital services in the health sector.
