Care for Children & Adolescents At Risk
To support the development of human capital to achieve economic growth with greater equity. Specifically the project would seek to: (i) improve living conditions for children in especially difficult circumstances, giving them an opportunity to realize their potential for physical, psychological, social and economic development; (ii) consolidate the civil society organizations concerned; and (iii) establish social networks to contend with the crisis situations in neighborhood communities. The program would be executed in parallel with a loan to strengthen the technical and managerial capacity of public sector provincial agencies responsible for youth issues, which will help to consolidate the progress that has been made in decentralizing social spending.
