THE PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM IS THE PREPARATION AND START UP OF A PROJECT FOR THE ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC CONSTITUENT CONGRESS (CCD), WHICH WILL COVER INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES IN THE AREAS OF ORGANIZATION, ADMINISTRATION AND INFORMATION, WITH A VIEW TO IMPLEMENT PROCEDURES WHICH WILL ENABLE THE LEGISLATORS TO HAVE THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT NECESSARY FOR CARRYING OUT THEIR FUNCTIONS.
