Support the Development of Job Skills
The primary objective of the project is to increase the productivity and competitiveness of Panamanian enterprises and human resources by supporting the private sector in its efforts to meet the challenges of globalization, continually changing technology and new labor market demands by defining measurable and competitive job skills. The proposed program will increase the ability of entrepreneurial sectors to jointly develop job competency regulations as well as evaluation and certification mechanisms to achieve effective, quality job performance.
