Ask a joint proposal between countries for the development of innovations in information technology and communication ( ICT ) as a tool for improving competitiveness of bee family farmers of Argentina , Costa Rica , Dominican Republic and Uruguay .
Direct beneficiaries of 17,000 beekeepers and their families ( about 50% women and youth) , 35 provider organizations beekeepers supplies, processors and marketers. It will also have indirect beneficiaries over 100,000 beekeepers. Also be direct beneficiaries of the organizations involved in technology transfer , ( Ministry of Agriculture and NARI ) .
