Sustainable Energy Facility (SEF) for the Eastern Caribbean
The Bank will provide a Global Credit Loan to the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), which would on-lend the resources to finance eligible sub-loans in all beneficiary countries according to the following SEF components: a) Component 1: Energy Efficiency; b) Component 2: Regulatory framework, institutional strengthening and capacity building; and c) Component 3: Renewable Energy
