Public Expenditure Management Quality III
The present loan operation is the third one of the three consecutive, linked technically between them, but financed in independent form under the programmatic loan of support to reforms of politics, in accordance with the documents CA-450-1, CS-3633, and the Memorandum EVP/1/2006 (PO LO-2006) of date March 6, 2006. To keep on supporting the Government of Peru in the institutional, operative, legal and normative changes to improve the quality of the management and of the public expenditure, from the strengthening of the governmental capacities of analysis and monitoring linked to normative topics, budget, of public investment, and administrative management; as well as the promotion of a major participation of the private sector associated with the public sector in the investment and in the provision of services.
