Reengineering and Strengthening the Purchasing, Storage and Distribution System for Medicines and Supplies

Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the system for purchasing, storing, distributing and dispensing medicines and supplies of the Ministry of Health (SESAL) and the Honduran Institute of Social Security (IHSS) through the reengineering of processes and systems, in order to improve the quality of health services and guarantee an optimal supply of medicines and medical supplies to the population.
