Community Development to Support the Water and Sanitation Program

The objective of this technical assistance is to support the preparation of the Rural Program of Water and sanitation with the collaboration of an organization specialized in Community development. The CT will finance an NGO which will be responsible for the following activities: (i) to present the program to the rural communities in the three departments involved; (ii) to motivate communities to participate in the Program; (iii) to encourage discussions in the communities related to questions they migh have regarding the supply drinking water and sanitation (tariff, costs of the services, etc). This technical assistance will be carried out by an organization specialized in Community development specialized in the sector of water and sanitation whose personnel will have to speak and write French and if possible Creole.
