Strengthening of the Presidential Council on Competitiveness, Innovation and Human Talent of Costa Rica
The overall objective is to support the strengthening of the President's Council on Competitiveness and Innovation Talent Costa Rica as advisory body , coordination, monitoring and evaluation of public policies on competitiveness and innovation. The specific objectives are: (i) supporting the Technical Secretariat (TS) of the Presidential Council ; and (ii) support the work of the Working Groups of the Council to create a network of collaborative and complementary work between different tables and TS that make it , in order to boost productivity and development.
