Strengthening of Provision of Electricity Service in Non-Interconnected Areas

The general mission of the project is to promote the competitiveness and sustainability of the Colombian electricity sector, as well as the inclusion of low income, rural population, by strenghtening service service provision in the non interconnected zones.
The specific objective is to increase participation of the private sector to reduce the costs of service and to minimize transferences from the Treasury through subsidies.
