The general objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the preparation of the Transition Program towards a Carbon Neutral and Resilient Economy (CH-L1179). The specific objectives of this TC are: (i) to support climate planning in all strategic sectors and levels of government (national, regional, and municipal); and (ii) to strengthen the institutional framework related to environmental and climate management.
