Ventilla-Tarapaya Highway/Sector Support
THE PROJECT INVOLVES IMPROVEMENTS AND REHABILITATION OF 82KM OF ROAD, THAT ARE PART OF THE PAN-AMERICAN HIGHWAY-AMERICAN HIGHWAY, WITHIN THE SECTOR THAT LINKS LA PAZ AND THE BORDER WITH ARGENTINA. THE PROJECT CONTEMPLATES VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL ALIGNEMENT MODIFICATIONS TO REDUCE OPERATION COSTS AND IMPROVE ROAD SAFETY. SOME SECONDARY ROADS LEADING TO THIS TRUNK ROAD WOULD ALSO BE IMPROVED. ALSO INCLUDED ARE SUPPORT TO THE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM AND STRENGTHENING OF THE SNC.
