The objective of the present proposed project is to develop a National Master Plan for natural gas projects and key investment projects to optimize the grid, under the PLABER, covering technical, economical, financial, institutional, environmental and regulatory issues relevant to the process of increasing the rural electricity coverage nationwide in a sustainable way.
