The project aims to promote the implementation of RBM in the province of Chaco, in order to improve systems of governance and taxation. The specific objectives of this operation are: (i) improve the link between planning and budgeting, (ii) improve sectoral planning processes, and (iii) developing effective mechanisms for monitoring and evaluation of provincial policies.
