The deadline to submit claims for reimbursement to the appropriate plan administrator (Cigna Healthcare, Cigna Global and Express Scripts) for services incurred in 2023 is June 30, 2024. We urge you to submit your claims as soon as possible so that you may receive the corresponding reimbursements. After the deadline, the claims will not be eligible for reimbursement, and there will be no exceptions. Please review the instructions on how to submit a claim on the Medical Benefits mobile app, created by the IDB Group. Each section, i.e., medical, dental, vision and prescription drugs, has a section on “How to File a Claim.”

As of July 1, 2024, we updated our pharmacy drug list or “formulary” for prescription purchases in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Our plan now covers medications only listed in this formulary. If a brand medication is not included, there will be an alternative brand name drug within the same therapeutic class that is covered. Express Scripts will explain more about how a formulary works; how you can review what drugs are on the formulary; and what you should keep in mind when filling a prescription in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

- July 25 | About Hinge Health In-Person Meeting
One of the new resources we have for members in the U.S. and Puerto Rico starting July 1 is Hinge Health. We understand that managing chronic conditions can be challenging, often requiring time-consuming doctor and physical therapy visits. Hinge Health is an app-based physical therapy program for complete clinical care for everything from sprains and chronic pain to pelvic health and post-surgery rehab. Hinge Health will present and answer questions about their new service.
