The 14th Annual Conference of the LACEA Trade, Integration and Growth Network will be held in Washington, D.C., on May 22-23, 2024.
This conference is sponsored by the Latin American and Caribbean Economic Association (LACEA), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and the CAF-Development Bank of Latin America (CAF).
Calendar
- The deadline for submissions is March 5, 2024. Please only submit papers written in English and in PDF format. While detailed abstracts will be accepted, there is a strong preference for nearly completed papers.
- The final selection of papers will be made by March 22, 2024. This year selection of contributed papers and discussants will be made by a Program Committee whose members are Pablo Fajgelbaum (UCLA), Kala Krishna (Penn State University), Emanuel Ornleas (FGV), Natalia Ramondo (Boston University), Peter Schott (Yale University), and Christian Volpe Martincus (IDB).
- The conference program including links to the papers to be presented will be posted on the website by May 10, 2024.
- The selected papers will be presented along invited contributions at the 14th Annual Conference of the LACEA Trade, Integration and Growth Network (TIGN) on May 22-23, 2024.

Logistic information
The sponsoring organizations will cover travel (economy class) and accommodation expenses for the authors of the selected papers (one author per paper). Other detailed guidelines explaining the logistics of the conference will be provided at a later stage.
