WHAT WE DO

The Office of Risk Management (RMG) performs the second-line role of the Bank’s risk management governance and is responsible for developing and maintaining an effective risk management framework to manage financial risks such as credit risk, market risk, liquidity and funding risk, and capital adequacy; as well as to manage non-financial risks such as environmental and social risks of the operations portfolio, and operational risks.

RMG is divided into five Units, as follows:

Financial Risks

  • Credit Risk Management (RMG/RMC)
  • Strategic Risk Management (RMG/SRM)
  • Treasury Risk Management (RMG/RMT)

Non-Financial Risks

  • Environmental & Social Risk Management (RMG/ESR)
  • Financial Control & Operational Risk Management (RMG/ORM)
