The goal of this technical cooperation (TC) is to support the execution of the Program for the implementation of the health model based on Primary Health Care and the development of the Unified Health Information System for Colombia in peace. The TC will focus on: (i) the strengthening of individual and collective comprehensive health care, through Primary Health Care (PHC) teams; and (ii) strengthening the Unified Health Information System. For this cooperation, the area prioritized will be the Amazon region.
