Geographic Information System for Road Works
The main objective of the operation is to put in place a geographic information system (GIS) for road works, strengthening the capacity of the Dirección Nacional de Vialidad (DNV) ¢National Highway Administration! to apply the GIS, with emphasis on support for specific projects under the Andes mountain passes program (AR-0202). The project would be implemented in six phases, organized so as to establish the system in a methodical and coordinated manner during execution.
