Development of Quality Standards for Higher Education Distance Learning
The objective of this project is to provide support to institutes of higher learning in Latin America and the Caribbean enabling them to successfully launch and manage distance education programs based on information technology. Also, this initiative seeks to promote relationships among institutions with existing programs, as well as the sharing of experiences and resources.
