Open Knowledge Courses Initiative: strengthening the capacities of Latin America and the Caribbean public officials
The main goal of the Technical Cooperation (TC) is to strengthen the capacity of Latin America and Caribbean public officials and policy makers through massive online training with the purpose of creating and sustaining a long-term and multi-sector critical mass of regional expertise in areas linked to innovation and productivity, social exclusion and inequality, and economic integration. The Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) allow the IDB to reach key stakeholders involved in social and economic development to enhance their performance and technical capacities.
