The general objective of the Program is to facilitate the creation of the Free Trade Area of the Americas through the provision of direct support to the FTAA negotiating process.The specific objective of the Program is to support the operation of the AS, which provides temporary administrative and logistical support to the negotiating process, in Puebla, Mexico, for approximately 10 months from February to December 2007.
