Action Plan for the Operation of the Anticorruption Activities Fund
The overall objective of this operation is to provide a conceptual and strategic framework for the Anticorruption Activities Fund (or "the Fund") in order to more effectively help the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and its member countries in their ongoing efforts to combine access to public information with enhanced overall governance and prevention of corruption. Specifically, the operation will serve to (i) prepare a working paper with the conceptual framework to guide de execution of the Fund, (ii) organize a technical meeting to receive input from practitioners, academics and civil society on alternative options for the strategy, and (iii) prepare the operational guidelines that will govern the use and administration of the Fund's resources.
