The objective of this TC is to support the country to analyze the situation of the citizen security and justice sector including a diagnostic of the current actors in the sector in Haiti, and identify the risk factors that influence the situation of fragility, crime, and violence. The above will allow promoting recommendations of best practices to improve community and institutional resilience that will allow financing pilot projects and case studies that will help close knowledge gaps in the sector.
