Operational Support for the Project "Global Center of Excellence - Biofuels"
To identify obstacles and barriers to the development of the biofuels sector in Brazil, and to help the country become a global center of excellence. The project seeks to prepare and implement actions that will: permit the elimination and reduction of obstacles that restrict the sector's development; reinforce dialogue between the public and private sectors; and create (favorable) conditions for increasing investment. The objective of the consulting service is to provide support to the Finance and Basic Infrastructure Division of the Regional Operations Department 1 in the formulation and development of the above-mentioned project. The financing requested to the Spanish Fund for Consulting Services will support the preparation and design of the Action Plan of the Center of Excellence of Biofuels in Brazil.
