The objective of this technical cooperation is to support the Government of Belize efforts in advancing a just energy transition . The specific objectives are to: i) develop technical, social, and environmental studies required for the design and implementation of priority rural electrification investments; and ii) enable expert support for further clean energy technology development, private sector participation, and institutional strengthening of Government of Belize energy sector agencies.
