The general objective of this operation is to improve the health conditions of the population of the State of Bahia, by expanding access and increasing the quality of health services, consolidating the Health Care Networks (RAS) in all regions of the State. The specific objectives are: (i) expand access and quality of health services; and (ii) increase the management capacity and the offer of telehealth services of the Health Secretariat of the State of Bahia (SESAB).
