The project objective is to pilot recycling of WLO in Trinidad and Tobago todemonstrate the viability of circular economy in small and island developing states.The model involves the use of an innovative technology to convert WLOs to baseoils that can be used in the manufacture of new lubricating oils, extending their lifein a circular economy model.
