PPP Upstream: Program for the creation and/or strengthening of regulatory and institutional conditions to trigger a new generation of Public-Private Partnerships in Latin America and the Caribbean

The objective of this Regional Technical Cooperation is to support the development and strengthening of regulatory and institutional environments that encourage private participation in the development and provision of economic and social infrastructure - ensuring the highest standards of sustainability, competition, transparency and inclusivity. All of this with the ultimate purpose of triggering a new generation of PPPs in LAC, focused on generating private investments in infrastructure through innovative mechanisms.
