To support the efforts of IDB member countries to strengthen their public institutions in charge of the Public Policy and Program Evaluation (EPPP) functions, in order to contribute to the selection of policies based on evidence, the best organization of the organization , management and results of the programs, as well as providing evidence for the improvement of the management of public resources.
