Knowledge Transfer on Framework Contracts and Electronic Public Procurement
The objective of the technical cooperation is to facilitate the technical exchange between Chile Compras and four (4) Nuevo León state government officials on issues related to the management of framework agreements and electronic public procurement systems. The Bank's support will consist of financing airfare and hotel for 4 Nuevo Leon government officials from Monterrey to Santiago, Chile, during the last quarter of 2023.This objective is consistent with the objectives and standards of the Strategic Program for the Development of Countries Financed with Ordinary Capital whose objectives include: "strengthening the technical and management capacity of national governments" and "expanding access to intra-regional experiences and promoting the exchange of cooperative expertise among all borrowing member countries." (GN-2819-14).
