Second Chances Employment Hub
With a Hub of Second Job Opportunities, the aim is to identify and develop the potential of people about to serve their sentence and those who have already paid their sentence and been released from prison and create a structured process to effectively connect them with sources of formal employment , ensuring, on the one hand, that they develop the skills (hard and soft) to perform successfully in the job and, on the other hand, socializing in companies to reduce the stigma of people who have been in prison and offer advice to companies for the socialization of people in their new job.
