IDB Infrastructure Strategy: Background documents and expert forum

The general goal of this technical cooperation is to support the process of elaboration of an infrastructure strategy for the IDB. The specific objectives are: i) to carry out a detailed literature review on infrastructure strategies prepared by Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs), governments and think tanks; ii) to gather and systematize best practices in processes used to develop infrastructure strategies; ii) to hire a consulting firm or individual consultants with experience in public consultations and change management that will advise the team on how to implement the required consultation process; iii) to set up an infrastructure forum with well-known academics and practitioners that will serve as an advisory group during the preparation of the strategy
