Support for Paraguay's Electrical Sector Modernization
The objective of this TC is to support the development of the action plan 2006-2010 to fight the total losses of the ANDE, with an emphasis in the development of capabilities, mostly in relation with specific topics of the management and prospection of losses, regularization, collection of the unmeasured consumption and prevention of losses. The mentioned action plan pursues the reduction of the total losses of the ANDE in 10% for the period 2006-2010, currently estimated in 32.6%.
