Identity rights: Civil registration for indigenous and rural disperse population in Panama

The specific objectives are : (i) facilitate access of beneficiary families to Electoral Tribunal's registration system, (ii) strengthen interagency coordination between the Ministry of Health and the Electoral Tribunal so that the latter can provide reliable and timely information to the Ministry of Health's needs , (iii) design and implement protocols and computer systems that provide sustainable support to the processes of nominalization, verification and monitoring within the Electoral Tribunal, (iv) protect confidentiality in the registration of information and data in the Register of Beneficiaries
