The main objective of this techical cooperation, funded by CT-INTRA is to learn from the administrative procedures (payments) and registry of vehicle verification. Also, to learn about the electronic platform that helps to run the system. Additionally, rules and manuals will be exchanged with the Government of Mexico, related to environment quality.
