Design of the Support Program for Financing Social Housing in Ecuador
The objective of this TC is to support the Government of Ecuador in: (i) the technical, institutional, regulatory and financial structuring of the Casa para Todos (PCPT) Program; and (ii) the design of a financial model that allows the government to have instruments to finance sustainably social housing, in the framework of a professional and independent management, in line with the national sectoral policy, which operates autonomously from the political and budgetary cycle of the country.
