The aim is i) see first hand the articulation of the reform efforts undertaken by the Government of Pernambuco, (ii) identify the role of organizations representing the productive sector and civil society, (iii) share the successful experience of state of Minas Gerais, (iv) review the Bank's support in implementing RBM sub-national level, and (v) remove those good practices and lessons learned in Governance reform processes of governance.
