Sites-Services and Neighborhoods Improvement Program
THE PROGRAM WILL FINANCE URBAN DEVELOPMENT SITES AND SERVICES TO HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME GROUPS. IT WILL INCLUDE THE URBANIZATION OF APPROXIMATELY 50,000 LOTS WITH BASIC SERVICES TO BE BUILT IN NEW AND EXISTING NEIGHBORHOODS. THOSE SERVICES WILL BE PAID FOR BY A COMBINATION OF SAVINGS AND A DIRECT GOVERNMENT SUBSIDY.
