THE PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM IS TO TRAIN A GROUP OF LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS, WHO HAVE SPECIAL DIFFICULTIES TO ACCESS DE JOB MARKET, PROVIDING THEM WITH THE NECESSARY SKILLS TO COMPETE IN SAID MARKET. IT COMPRISES 4 SUBPROGRAMS (A) CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION FOLLOWED BY A PRACTICE IN A PRIVATE FIRM; (B) ON-THE-JOB-TRAINING COMBINED WITH CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION; (C) SELF-EMPLOYMENT AND (III) DISADVANTAGED YOUTH TRAINING.
