The FAPEP funds will finance: (i) hiring professionals for the UER-VMEEAT; (ii) hiring the services of a national consultancy (headhunters) to support VMEEAT in the searching and selecting of professionals for UER-VMEEAT; (iii) hiring the services of a national consultancy to support UER-VMEEAT in reviewing the Program's first year projects and in preparing the template contracts and the subsidiary agreements of the Program; (iv) hiring the services of a national consultancy to train UER-VMEEAT and UTER-PD professionals in socio-environmental issues; (v) acquisition of support equipment; and (vi) plane tickets and per diem rates.
